Troyians are natives to the planet Troyius and are governed by the Troyius Tribunal. Troyians have green skin and are fastideous about manners.
The Troyians had been at war for many centuries with their neighbors, the Elasians. In 2268, the two planets had reached a point where they were capable of annihilating one another. In order to establish a common ground, the ruler of Troyius was to marry Elaan, the Dohlman of Elas, as a gesture of peace between the two planets. (TOS: "Elaan of Troyius")
