An Cardassian terrorist organisation that operated in the 2370's. They believed the Federation to be the greatest threat to the Cardassian people and orchestrated attacks on both Federation and Bajoran targets. In 2372 they destroyed the runabout USS Orinoco that was carrying the senior officers of Deep Space Nine.("Our Man Bashir"). Later that year they attempted to assassinate Bajoran First Minister Shakaar Edon on Deep Space Nine but were unsuccessful.("Crossfire")
