Mr. Tsing Tao was a member of the Starnes Exploration Party in 2268. He committed suicide while under the influence of Gorgan. His corpse was discovered that year by James Kirk, Spock, and Leonard McCoy. (TOS: "And the Children Shall Lead")
He was played by featured stunt actor Vic Toyota.
His costume was a colonist jumpsuit that first appeared in "The Devil in the Dark".
