Tucker Smallwood (born 22 February 1944; age 80) is the actor who played Admiral Bullock in the Star Trek: Voyager fifth season episode "In the Flesh". He is best known in Star Trek for his recurring portrayal of the Xindi-Primate councilor in the third season of Star Trek: Enterprise, which he himself named "Depac". [1].

He is also known to science fiction fans as Commodore Glen Van Ross in Space: Above and Beyond (which co-starred Lanei Chapman), and has appeared as a guest star on Babylon 5 alongside Andreas Katsulas, Bill Mumy, and Kitty Swink.

In 1995 he appeared with fellow guest stars Danny Goldring and Andrew Robinson alongside series regular Steven Weber in an episode of the NBC sitcom Wings that was notable for being Thomas Haden-Church's final episode in the series.
