The following Starfleet personnel served aboard USS Bozeman in 2278.

Named

Unnamed

Crewmembers

These three Starfleet crewmembers were stationed on the bridge of the Bozeman when the ship went out of the temporal causality loop in 2368 and met the USS Enterprise-D. (TNG: "Cause And Effect")

The first two officers were played by background performers with the last names Ericson, Michaels or Reed.
The first pictured crewmember's rank was not immediately visible, although the division color of her uniform seems to be too muted to possibly be either cadet red or command division white.
The Star Trek: Department of Temporal Investigations novel Watching the Clock gives the first crewmember's name as Claudia Alisov and the second crewmember's name as Lloyd Boen.

Lieutenant

Bozeman lieutenant

A female lieutenant

This female command division lieutenant junior grade was standing on the bridge near Bateson's command chair when that starship was transported to 2368 after leaving Starbase.

According to the script, this was Bateson's first officer, who was portrayed by a background actress with the last name Michaels, Ericson, or Reed.
According to the Star Trek: The Next Generation Companion (2nd ed., p. 195), this character was originally intended to be Saavik, with Kirstie Alley reprising the role. This idea was abandoned as Alley due to a scheduling conflict. The actress in that position in fact wore Saavik's uniform and rank insignia from Star Trek III: The Search for Spock. (citation needededit)
The Star Trek: Department of Temporal Investigations novel Watching the Clock gives her name as Parvana Whitcomb (β), and has her, along with several other members of the Bozeman's crew, orchestrate an (ultimately unsuccessful) attempt to go back to their own time.

Apocrypha

According to the non-canon Pocket TNG novel "Ship of the Line", Bateson's crew includes First Officer Gabriel Bush, Communications Officer "Wizz" Dayton, Second Officer Mike Dennis, Science Officer (and Klingon spy) John Wolfe, Helmsman Andy Welch, Ensign Nolan, Engineers Eduardo Perry, "Ham" Hamilton, Mitch Trumbull and an alien lifeform named "George Hill" who is kept as a mascot, or pet, by the crew. There was no mention of any women aboard in the novel.

In Star Trek Online, Federation players are introduced to Philip Crey. Though his rank on the Bozeman was never revealed, his first-hand knowledge of the past made him a perfect member of the Department of Temporal Investigations. He serves as the Federation player's contact on information pertaining to the Iconians during the Delta Recruitment event from April 2 to May 21, 2015 and players can approach him to pick up prizes earned during that event and the later Temporal Recruitment event from July 6 to August 10, 2016.
