In early 2367, according to a computer display in the Enterprise-D's lounge, the Charleston was conducting deep space exploration in Sector 22055. (TNG: "Brothers", et al.)
In early 2368, the Charleston was part of the task force that blockaded the Klingon-Romulan border during the Klingon Civil War. (TNG: "Redemption, Part II")
