The USS Concord was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet.
In 2370, the Concord was stationed near the Romulan Neutral Zone. In the anti-time present, the Concord and the USS Bozeman joined the USS Enterprise-D near the Neutral Zone to investigate increased Romulan activity. (TNG: "All Good Things...")
The Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 1, p. 157) described this vessel as a Freedom-class starship, with the registry NCC-68711.
