In the "Conspiracy" graphic, the registry was given as NCC-39272 and in "The Measure Of A Man" chart, the registry was given as NCC-25330.

In 2364, Captain Maria Mann was the commanding officer of this ship. In that year, on stardate 41601.3, Gregory Quinn of the Starfleet Operational Support Services sent a mission order about revised patrol assignments. At the end of that year, Data read this order and several others to investigate claims of a conspiracy among the highest members of Starfleet Command. (TNG: "Conspiracy", okudagram)

In 2365, Captain Cosmo Genovese was the commanding officer of this ship. In that year, the ship was assigned a deep space exploration mission in Sector 007. The ship was listed on the Starship Deploy Status chart that was on display in the courtroom of Starbase 173. (TNG: "The Measure Of A Man", okudagram)

The star chart seen on this mission order was seen again on the mission order for both the USS Sherlock Holmes and USS Unicorn. This chart was first seen in "Heart of Glory" aboard the Talarian freighter Batris. It was seen again in "Symbiosis" aboard the Ornaran freighter Sanction.
