The USS Gettysburg was a Federation starship in service during the 24th century.
The ship was formerly commanded by Captain Mark Jameson during the 2320s. During his tenure as captain, the Gettysburg rescued hostages from Mordan IV. It was not known until close to forty years later that Jameson supplied illegal arms in exchange for the release of the hostages, an act which resulted in the Mordan civil war.
