The starship USS Lollipop was a ruse devised by Commander Riker. In 2364, he was questioned by a holographic duplicate of the captain of the USS Drake about his vessel's armament. Riker responded that his ship was the Lollipop ("It's a good ship"), with speed and armament of ten, and then six (to confuse the holographic version of Captain Rice). (TNG: "The Arsenal of Freedom")
