The USS Roosevelt was a 24th century Federation starship operated by Starfleet.
In 2367, Roosevelt saw action against the Borg at the Battle of Wolf 359. During the battle with the Borg, some of the ship's crew were assimilated, including science officer Dr. Riley Frazier. (VOY: "Unity")
The Star Trek Encyclopedia (2nd ed., p. 420) stated that this vessel was an Excelsior-class starship, with a registry of NCC-2573. It further noted that the ship was named after American president Theodore Roosevelt.
Startrek.com reused the image of the USS Saratoga to represent the USS Roosevelt at Wolf 359, suggesting this ship was also a Miranda-class starship.[1]
