The USS Sarek was a Federation starship that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century.
The Sarek was part of the task force sent to retake Deep Space 9 in 2374. The Sarek replaced the USS Cortez in formation when the latter experienced engine trouble. (DS9: "Favor the Bold")
The Sarek was named for Vulcan Ambassador Sarek.
According to Star Trek Scene It?, she is an Excelsior-class starship.
