The U.S.S. Truman was a Federation starship in the 24th century during the Dominion War. A possible suspect in the murder of Hector Ilario was serving aboard Truman, but was ruled out of the investigation when logs revealed Truman had gone months without visiting the scene of the murder, starbase Deep Space Nine.
