The following is a list of Starfleet personnel aboard the USS Yamato.

Named

Unnamed

Bridge officers

Three bridge officers were attempting to repair the malfunctioning ship while Captain Varley spoke with Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the USS Enterprise-D, shortly before the Yamato's destruction in 2365. It was noted that all members of the crew and their families, including these three individuals, perished in the explosion that destroyed the Yamato. (TNG: "Contagion")

Engineering team

A team of at least eighteen crewmembers were working in a shuttlebay of the Yamato as she attempted to rendezvous with the Enterprise-D. During a maintenance operation, the Iconian virus caused the shuttlebay force field to turn off; these eighteen crewmembers were sucked out into space. (TNG: "Contagion")

This team was only mentioned in dialogue.

Engineers

These engineers were among the first to review Doctor Ramsey's findings on Denius III. They were uncertain of its purpose; as Captain Varley mused while personally examining the device during a log: "I'm like a caveman confronted with a tricorder". (TNG: "Contagion")

These engineers were only mentioned in dialogue.
