Chief Engineer
The Chief Engineer of an irrigation facility (which provides water to half the subcontinent) had the patient ID patient B3. In 2377, she was injured and her TC gave her Level Blue treatment at Dinaali Hospital Ship 4-2. She was also receiving cytoglobin injections to prevent arterial aging under the care of Doctor Dysek.
Dr. Dysek tried to use her as an example to The Doctor when explaining she should get better treatment because she contributes more to society than the boy on Level Red, but the Doctor argued no person is more "useful" than another. (VOY: "Critical Care")
