List of unnamed Klingons who lived during the 24th century.

Alexander's cousins []

These cousins were the children of Kurn.

K'mtar mentioned them when trying to entice Alexander Rozhenko into visiting Qo'noS, saying they were eager to meet him. (TNG: "Firstborn")

These cousins were only mentioned in dialogue.
Given that K'mtar also claimed that Kurn had no male heirs, they were likely all daughters.

Ambassador []

This ambassador represented the Klingon Empire on Farius Prime during the 2370s.

During the Dominion War, he advocated breaking off the alliance with the Federation and focusing on defending the Empire, which put him at odds with Chancellor Gowron, who was committed to the alliance.

In 2374, the Dominion recruited agents of the Orion Syndicate to assassinate the ambassador and make appear that the assassination had been ordered by Gowron. They hoped the ambassador would become a martyr for his cause and the Klingons would eventually pull back into their own territory, leaving only the Federation for the Dominion to contend with.

Fortunately, operatives of Starfleet Intelligence intercepted the plan and warned the Klingons in time to prevent the assassination. (DS9: "Honor Among Thieves")

This character was only mentioned in dialogue.

Captain []

This Klingon captained a ship around 2370. He sold to holosuite programs of old Klingon battles to Quark, including the Battle of Klach D'kel Brakt. This character was only mentioned in dialogue.

They were identified in the script with the description of "a Male Klingon Warrior buries his teeth into the neck of a female Klingon Warrior in a cave."

Craftsman []

A Klingon craftsman was involved in a contract dispute over services rendered during the construction of a Ventaxian home sometime after the Empire's first contact with Ventax II in 2297. To settle the matter, both parties decided that arbitration rather than the courts should decide the case due to the culture differences. Both sides were required to chose an arbiter. As of 2367, it remained the only case in Ventaxian law that involved an alien claimant. (TNG: "Devil's Due")

This character was only mentioned in dialogue.
According to the script for the episode, but not retained in the final dialog, the craftsman was named Akul K'Ton and the arbiter decided in favor of the Ventaxian. [1]

The council members received PADD's from Quark to show them D'Ghor's unhonorable behavior regarding the finances. When D'Ghor was up to kill an unarmed Quark, Gowron saw D'Ghor's true behavior and the council members crossed their arms in front of their chests and turned around – they dishonored D'Ghor who was brought outside the council chamber by two guards.
