The following is a list of unnamed Pah-wraiths.

Pah-wraiths possessing Dukat

Dukat was possessed by Pah-Wraith twice.

In late 2374, Dukat discovered that the wormhole was actually the Celestial Temple. He enacted an ancient Bajoran ritual to release a Pah-wraith into his body. Thus possessed, he traveled to Deep Space 9 and released it into the Celestial Temple via the Orb of Contemplation, causing the wormhole to disappear. In the process, Dukat killed Jadzia Dax. (DS9: "Tears of the Prophets")

Dukat was possessed by a Pah-wraith in the Fire Caves, where the Pah-wraiths chose Dukat as their Emissary. After Dukat killed Winn, Captain Sisko plunged himself and Dukat into the fires, which trapped Dukat forever in the prison with the Pah-wraiths. (DS9: "What You Leave Behind")

Keiko's body was taken over by a Pah-wraith who threatened to kill her if O'Brien did not help it destroy the wormhole. The Pah-wraith forced O'Brien to convert the station into a gigantic chroniton emitter. Miles took Keiko (possessed by the Pah-wraith) to a runabout. Once in position near the wormhole, Miles activated the emitters on the station, but targeted the runabout instead of the wormhole, instantly killing the Pah-wraith inhabiting Keiko's body.
