The Viceroy
The Reman Viceroy of Praetor Shinzon.
The Viceroy is second in command to the Romulan Praetor.
In 2379, this position was held by a Reman (played by Ron Perlman). This Viceroy assisted Praetor Shinzon onboard the Reman Warbird Scimitar. Along with providing command advice and relaying orders to the crew, he assisted Shinzon in the telepathic rape of Deanna Troi. Her husband, William Riker, later killed him while defending the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701-E) from a Reman boarding party. (Star Trek: Nemesis)
- The "Nemesis" novelization gave the Viceroy the name "Vkruk"
