The following is a list of unnamed Romulans who lived during the 22nd century.

Commander

This Romulan commander was in command of a Bird-of-Prey which confronted the Starfleet vessel Enterprise NX-01 in 2152, when it inadvertently encroached upon a Romulan-claimed star system, which was protected by a field of cloaked mines, marking Earth's first contact with the Romulan Star Empire. The Romulans hailed the Enterprise. Hoshi Sato translated this new language, revealing that the aliens had ordered Enterprise to leave immediately or be destroyed – they have annexed the planet in the name of the Romulan Star Empire. The Romulan commander hailed Enterprise again, knowing that one of their own was trapped by a mine, but demanded that the ship jettisoned the section of hull plating. Captain Archer was able to save Reed, and after a second Bird-of-Prey arrived, the Enterprise soon left. (ENT: "Minefield")

This Romulan commander was voiced by an unknown actor.

Officers

At least two Romulan officers were present as Admiral Valdore and Nijil operated a drone-ship – capable of disguising itself holographically – to destabilize relations between the Andorians, the Tellarites, and other species in the region. The two Romulan officers later restrained Nijil as Valdore punished the Aenar pilot for making the drone-ships destroy each other. (ENT: "Babel One", "United", "The Aenar")

These Romulan officers were portrayed by unknown actors.
