Srivani scientists boarded USS Voyager under cloak to conduct medical experiments on the crew in order to obtain data for the Srivani medical database, to get data to cure diseases that affected their race.
How many Srivani boarded the ship was not known. Seven of Nine through her ocular implant, saw one in the ship's corridors, two experimenting on Captain Kathryn Janeway, three in engineering and three in the galley experimenting on the crew. Two of the Srivani were Alzen and Takar. (VOY: "Scientific Method")
