The Vegan system is a star system. During the Dominion War, the USS Defiant was assigned to escort convoy PQ-1 to the Vegan system in late 2374. (DS9: "The Sound of Her Voice")
- It's possible that the Vegan system is on the Alpha/Beta Quadrant border.
