A vegetable was a type of plant matter which was considered appropriate for use as food. Some non-plants, like mushrooms and other fungi were sometimes considered to be vegetable matter. • 17:00 to 25:00 hours – A large dinner pack containing roasted vegetables and chicken. (DIS: "Despite Yourself")
