Vekma was a Klingon officer serving under Captain Kargan aboard the IKS Pagh in 2365.

Her interest in the limits of Human endurance led her to proposition Commander William T. Riker during his service on board the Klingon ship, asking his opinion about the Rokeg blood pie. Whether or not Commander Riker gave her the opportunity to satisfy her curiosity remains unknown. (TNG: "A Matter Of Honor")

Vekma was played by Laura Drake.
