Lieutenant Worf, suffering from Barclay's Protomorphosis Syndrome in 2370, developed a venom sack beneath his jawline and began arbitrarily spitting the acidic compound throughout the USS Enterprise. When Dr. Beverly Crusher discovered the sack on his neck, Worf spit the venom in her face, severley disfiguring her. He later attacked Captain Jean-Luc Picard in the same fashion. (TNG: "Genesis")
