Vic’s Las Vegas Lounge was the location for the fictional holodeck holoprogram located in 1961 Las Vegas, Nevada. Entitled Bashir 62, featuring Vic Fontaine, the program was written in 2374 by Felix, a good friend of Julian Bashir's. This was a popular program in the holosuites inside of Quark's Place.

Worf visited the Lounge many times after Jadzia's death. Vic performed Jadzia's favorite song, "All the Way". leading to Worf wrecking the Lounge due to his anger and sorrow over Jadzia not entering Sto-Vo-Kor when she died. (DS9: "Image in the Sand")

Bashir once cited his and O'Brien's time in Vic's Lounge as an example that Miles liked him more than Keiko. (DS9: "Extreme Measures")

The Lounge was the scene of the "end-of-the-war-good-bye-Chief-O'Brien-good-bye-Odo-good-bye-Worf-party". Benjamin Sisko toasted the gathered group as "the best crew any captain ever had". Vic also performed "The Way You Look Tonight" for them in the Lounge. (DS9: "What You Leave Behind")

Vic's establishment was never officially named in the series. Although not conforming to other casino names of the era, the name used here was derived from a combination of the crew's sometimes use of "Vic's", combined with the scripts' consistant references to the location as "Las Vegas Lounge".
