Vic Fontaine is a holographic singer, based in a program of Las Vegas, Earth in the year 1962. Vic was designed by Felix to be fully interactive with the program's participants, even aware of his holographic existence. Felix gave the program to his friend, Dr. Julian Bashir of Deep Space Nine, who installed it in one of the station's holosuites.
