Mortimer Harren grew up on Vico V. Kathryn Janeway had never been there, but based on its reputation for starry skies, she commented that the location of his upbringing explained why he became a cosmologist. Harren didn't agree. (VOY: "Good Shepherd")
The authors of the Star Trek Encyclopedia (4th ed., vol. 2, p. 458) identified the unnamed system as the 'Vico system'.
