Victor Brandt (born 19 September 1942; age 81) is an actor who had two roles during Star Trek: The Original Series's third season. He filmed his scenes for "Elaan of Troyius" on Friday 7 June 1968 at Desilu Stage 9, and his scenes for "The Way to Eden" between Friday 22 November 1968 and Friday 29 November 1968 at Stage 9 and Stage 10. He was also called in for a music recording session on Wednesday 20 November 1968, and a makeup and costume test on Thursday 21 November 1968 at Stage 9.

In 1996, Victor provided the voice for Dr. Emil Hamilton in Superman: The Animated Series (a character later voiced by Robert Foxworth in Justice League Unlimited).
