Vinka
Vinka was a female Qomar. The Qomar were a species that was unfamiliar with the concept of music until they encountered USS Voyager.
Vinka heard music for the first time when she was in The Doctor's sickbay and he began to sing. Harry Kim became attracted to her, and she pretended to like Kim so she could use him to be near The Doctor. (VOY: "Virtuoso")
Vinka was played by Nina Magnesson.
