Vornar was a Cardassian officer serving aboard the Kelvas repair facility in late 2375. [Damar]], Garak, Rusot, Odo and Kira Nerys had boarded the station to steal a Breen energy weapon from a docked Jem'Hadar attack ship. Vornar recognized Damar, but granted Damar permission to enter the ship. (DS9: "Tacking Into the Wind")
