The Vulcan Compound or Vulcan Consulate was an area where Vulcans on Earth resided, such as those in the Vulcan Diplomatic Corps.
Subcommander T'Pol lived at the Vulcan Compound in Sausalito while apprenticed to Ambassador Soval. Commander Trip Tucker lived a few blocks from the compound when he first joined Starfleet. He once sarcastically remarked that there were "great parties at the Vulcan Compound." (ENT: "Broken Bow")

While visiting Earth during the mid-22nd century, Doctor Phlox attempted to familiarize himself with many of the planet's religions. While there he was also allowed to to observe the Tal-Shanar at the Vulcan Consulate. (ENT: "Cold Front")
