(Removed refs to and pics of the drydock facility from which NX-01 departed. Script calls it simply "spacedock". Canon only says that the Warp 5 Complex is earthbound facility. Man ≠ Human in speech.)

- Zefram Cochrane, at the dedication ceremony for the Warp Five Complex, in 2119

The Warp Five Complex was a research facility dedicated to the development of a warp engine capable of reaching warp factor five, a speed which would grant Humanity the ability to explore deep space in a practical manner. Dedicated in 2119 as part of the Warp Five program, it was located just outside of Bozeman, Montana, the site where Zefram Cochrane made First Contact between Humans and Vulcans in 2063. Manned by scientists such as Cochrane, Tasaki, and Henry Archer, the work done at the Complex ultimately yielded the NX-class starship, Earth's first vessel capable of achieving warp five. (ENT: "Broken Bow", "Singularity")

During the dedication ceremony for the Complex, Cochrane gave a speech in which he expressed his prediction that the warp five engine would allow Humanity to explore "strange, new worlds," and "go boldly where no man has gone before." Thirty-two years later, Starfleet admiral Maxwell Forrest played a recording of this speech at the reception being held to celebrate Enterprise's launch from spacedock. (ENT: "Broken Bow")

On the day they broke ground on the Complex, Cochrane gave Archer a bottle of whiskey in celebration. This bottle would only be opened forty-two years later, where it was shared by Henry's son, Jonathan, captain of the Enterprise NX-01, and Charles Tucker, his chief engineer.
