The phaser locker on starships is where the [[Phaser Rifles (Phaser Type III)]] of the ship are stored. Basic starfleet ships are equipped with around twenty lockers. Storing, on average, five to six phaser rifles each. The most common account of Phaser Locker use was when Captain Picard of the [[Enterprise]] hunted the Borg that had infected his ship and started to take over the Enterprise, deck by deck. Phaser Lockers are normally embedded into the wall of the ship.
