The bottle had been given to Henry Archer by Zefram Cochrane the day they broke ground at the Warp Five Complex. ENT: "These Are the Voyages...")

Tennessee whiskey was the secret ingredient in McCoy's family recipe for Southern baked beans. James T. Kirk, Spock, and Dr. McCoy drank whiskey while camping in Yosemite National Park. (Star Trek V: The Final Frontier)

In 2365, Danilo Odell ordered whiskey from a replicator after Worf informed him the device could produce beverages with real alcohol. Odell found the replicated whiskey to have "no bite". (TNG: "Up The Long Ladder")
