Template:Realworld Xavier Truesdell (born 30 October) is an actor, singer, dancer and model who will appear as an Enterprise security officer in 2013's Star Trek Into Darkness. [1]

Xavier Lamar Truesdell, nicknamed "XL", was born in Chicago, Illinois, United States and started modeling in high school. Following another passion, he recently wrote and co-produced his debut EP "Dance All Night". His R'n'B/Soul/Pop song "Tonight" went into the top 100 on the ReverbNation RnB/Soul charts for Los Angeles. [2]

He studied acting under coaches Carolyne Barry, Amy Van Horne, Donovan Scott, Earnest Johnson, Eric Floyd, Margie Haber, and Jim Gleason and appeared in commercials and print ads for Volkswagen GTI, Alzheimer's PSA, Pepsi, Nike, Toyota Corola, Adidas, BudLight, and Hanes. Truesdell can be seen in music videos of Michael Jackson ("One More Chance"), Fallout Boy ("This Ain't a Scene, It's an Arms Race"), Mario ("How Do I Breathe"), Lil Wayne ("How To Love"), Eric Benet ("Real Love"), and Usher ("Love in This Club") and worked as stand-in for Jason DeRulo on his music video "Watcha Say".

Among his film and television performances are the independent films The Outsiders, Liquid Soul, Symbiosis, and Vampires & Demons and featured parts in episodes of MTV's Punk'd, Nip/Tuck Rizzoli & Isles (2010, directed by Roxann Dawson and with Bruce McGill and Michael Jace), and NCIS: Los Angeles.
