The Zibalians were a neutral, humanoid, spacefaring race native to Zibalia.
Kivas Fajo was a Zibalian cargo ship captain, who up until 2366, dealt in rare one-of-a-kind objects from around the quadrant. (TNG: "The Most Toys")
Interestingly, the Zibalian written language appears to be roughly identical to the Iconian written language, with similarities to the Lokirrim written text. This is probably just because production reused the same font, but the Zibalians may be of Iconian descent.
